Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, go to "My Orders" in your dashboard, select the order, and click "Request Return". Provide the reason for return and upload photos if applicable. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

3. Refund Options

Once your return is approved and received, you can choose to receive a refund via bank transfer or store credit. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

5. Return Instructions & Processing

Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the return address and detailed shipping instructions. Please note that refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected your returned parcel at our warehouse. We cannot issue a refund until the item is safely received.
